225g butter
350g flour
225g Chelsea White Sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Cream butter and Chelsea White Sugar, add egg, then dry ingredients and lastly add chocolate chips.
Roll out into balls, flatten with fork and cook in moderate oven. Standard oven 160°C -170°C for 15 - 20 minutes or Fan oven 140°C - 160°C for 15 - 20 minutes.
