Ingredients
100g butter
2 eggs
1 cup Chelsea Raw Sugar
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup (or a handful) choc chips
Method
1. Melt butter on high for 1 min
2. Add sugar and eggs; stir
3. Add flour, baking powder and cocoa; mix
4. Stir in choc chips
5. Spoon into a greased and lined microwave-proof dish
6. Cook on high for 6 mins
7. Cool and store in airtight container or serve hot with whipped cream or icecream.
