Ingredients

    4 cups plain flour
    2 cups Chelsea Caster Sugar
    1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
    1 pinch of salt
    2 cups milk
    2 eggs
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    8 tablespoons butter melted

Method

    In a large bowl combine flour, Chelsea Caster Sugar, baking powder and salt.
    In a small bowl whisk together the milk, eggs, butter and vanilla.
    Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and mix thoroughly. Spoon into paper cases and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Not great mixture way too runny

Way too doughy!! Change its to 2 or 3 cups of flour look like I was making bread

Great. I halved them as had 3 cups of flour left, not 4. Tasted great and fluffy.

Really simple! And they taste so good! Love it!

Absolutely trash. Came out too doughy and didn’t cook all the way through.

The cupcakes had a firm out side and a gross inside not making these again.

How many teaspoons of baking powder is there?
CHELSEA: oops. It should read 1.5 teaspoons. We have amended the recipe now.

This disappointed me. It tasted strange and was not fluffy, but instead dough like in a way.

I follow Chelsea a lot, almost every time they come out right . I just want to add an small correction here, I guess the temperature is meant to be 180 instead of 1800 .
