Ingredients
8 chicken drumsticks
¼ cup Chelsea Golden Syrup
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp finely chopped basil
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, crushed
Method
In a large bowl combine all ingredients,
tossing to combine well. Marinade drumsticks
in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
Preheat barbecue grill to medium,
cook drumsticks for 25-30 mins or until
cooked through.
