Ingredients
500g frozen mixed berries
500g granny smith apples - about 4 - peeled, cored and finely chopped
1/4 cup water
1kg Chelsea Jam Setting Sugar (1 pack)
Method
In a large saucepan combine berries, apples, water and sugar.
Cook over a low heat stirring until sugar has dissolved. Increase heat and boil rapidly for 4 minutes. Remove from heat then test a small amount on a cold plate (the surface should wrinkle when a spoon is pushed through it).
Spoon into hot, sterilised glass jars and seal.
