awsome

This is not fudge consistency its sticky and chewy and NOT FUDGE

Just tried this and it was really easy and tastes so good as well. A bit too sweet for me but great all the same.

Really good

Amazing recipe
My Mum can not stop eating this

Made this with 72% dark chocolate and cooked it to soft ball stage after reading the comments, and it is AMAZING! It is still quite a soft fudge so kept refrigerated. Moreish. Easy to make, hard to hide from the family. Will be making it again.

Waste of time and money.
Never hardened, stuck to the paper.

My go to recipe albeit with white chocolate, always a winner.

as with all the recipes, perfect. Been with Chelsea products coming up to six decades. From my nana to mother to my wife. Years of delight. cheers.

i am 12 and this was my first time making fudge and it was amazing!!!!! would 100% recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We love this recipe. It is fab.

Pretty yummy

We tried your recipe and we learnt how to make fudge.
Thanks!

Perfect!!!!

Not my favourite but nice texture.

thank you

This fudge had a really nice texture, but tastes like slightly chocolaty sweetened condensed milk. If you refer a stronger chocolate flavour like me, I would recommend either using more chocolate or a darker chocolate, though I'm not sure what that would do to the texture.

easy and very popular!

Forgot to put the brown sugar in but added the juice and rind of a home grown blood orange (sml), I think it will still taste ok, will have to wait until it's set to see.

Yum

This is the best chocolate fudge EVER! " friends devour it" and by far the easiest fudge ive ever made! No beating! It akso makes wonderful gifts! And is reasonably priced! Thank-you!

This is simply perfect. Made some last night and brought it to work to share with the girls and they are over the moon. I used Toblerone as didn't have plain milk chocolate.

I found this fudge had a odd flavour, but a nice texture

Really enjoyed making and eating and wrapping it to give as treats over the Christmas break
