Ingredients
1/2 cup Chelsea Icing Sugar
1 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup currants
1 cup grated chocolate or chocolate chips
1 cup ground almonds
2 Tbsp orange liqueur (i.e. Grand Marnier) or fresh orange juice
1/2 cup Chelsea Demerara Sugar
Method
Place all ingredients, except Chelsea Demerara sugar, in a food processor and run machine to chop finely into a sticky paste. Roll into balls and roll in the Chelsea Demerara sugar then chill in the fridge. Keep chilled until serving time.
Great with coffee!
