Ingredients
250g butter
3 Tbsp condensed milk
3/4 cup Chelsea Organic Raw Sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
200g dark chocolate roughly chopped or large
sized chocolate chips
Method
Beat butter, condensed milk and sugar together until light and creamy. Add flour, rolled oats, baking powder and chocolate chunks. Flatten spoonfuls onto a well greased oven tray and cook for 15 - 20 minutes in a medium oven, 160°C, until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
Tip: The tubes of sweetened condensed milk are handy for recipes such as this that require a small quantity.
