Ingredients

    100g butter
    2 Tbsp liquid honey
    3/4 cup Chelsea White Sugar
    2 1/2 cups rice bubbles
    100's & 1000's sprinkles

Method

    1. Combine butter, honey and Chelsea White Sugar in a medium saucepan and heat gently to melt the butter and dissolve the sugar, then increase the heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes until golden and bubbling.

    2. Add rice bubbles and stir well until sticky. Spoon the mixture evenly into 10 lightly greased muffin tin moulds and press down. Leave to cool and harden.

    3. Dress with 100's & 1000's sprinkles.

This is my go to recipe for kids birthday parties or shared lunches (when you want to take something sweet). It’s so delicious and EVERYONE loves them! I’ve followed this recipe a dozen times and never had any issues with it crumbling etc. So to those that say it is awful, you clearly must be doing something wrong lol.

Absolute worst recipe I’ve tried. The ingredients don’t stick together and it all crumbles apart. It tastes like pure sugar without any other flavours. Would avoid wasting your time with this recipe
