Helen's Apricot Almond Energy Slice

125 g Butter
3/4 c Chelsea Raw Sugar
2 Tbsp Chelsea Golden Syrup
2 c Rolled Oats
1/3 c mixed seeds (pumpkin sesame sunflower etc )
1/4 c Coconut
1/4 Slivered Almonds
1/2 diced dried Apricots
Preheat oven to 180 C and line a 20x20 cm cake tin with baking paper.
Heat butter, Chelsea Golden Syrup and Chelsea Raw Sugar and simmer until mixture bubbles.
Add remaining dry ingredients and press into the baking tin.
Bake for 20 -25 min until golden brown
Allow to cool in tin then cut into pieces
This slice had a chewy texture and was full of flavour. It also held together well after slicing. Overall it was one that I would make again.
