Ingredients

    1 cup of milk
    1 cup of all bran
    1 cup of Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
    125g or 4oz of dried apricots
    1 Tbsp of honey
    1 cup of self-raising flour

Method

    Combine milk, all bran, brown sugar, chopped apricots, and honey in a bowl and cover, stand overnight in fridge.

    Next day add sifted flour and mix well.

    Grease an 8x4 tin and sprinkle with flour (this works well), spoon the mixture evenly into the tin bake moderate oven 150 - 160°C for 1 hour.
