Delicious Caramel Square

2 cups Chelsea White Sugar
½ cup Milk
1 tbsp Chelsea Golden Syrup
2 tbsp Cocoa
1 tsp Butter
Bring to boil, stir with metal spoon until sugar is dissolved, don’t stir after that.
Keep on a simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir until mixture thickens.
Pour in buttered dish.
Leave until cool and cut into squares.
