'Bloody Good' Fudge Slice

150g Butter
2 Tbsp Chelsea Golden Syrup
1 cup Chelsea White Sugar
1 cup coconut
1 Tbsp cocoa
2 cups flour
1 cup sultanas
½-1 cup chopped walnuts
Chocolate Frosting:
2 cups Chelsea Icing Sugar
3 heaped Tbsp cocoa
25g butter melted
boiling water
In a large saucepan or microwave bowl melt the butter, add the golden syrup, then add the dry ingredients, mixing well.
Press into a well-greased or paper-lined slice or sponge-roll tray and bake for 10 minutes at 150°C.
Ice when cool with chocolate frosting or melted chocolate.
Icing: Mix all ingredients, adding enough boiling water to make a smooth paste. Spread over cooled slice and cut into squares.

It doesn’t say what to do with the butter it just says microwave the butter. Do we save it for later, maybe?
