Caramel Banana Parfaits

60g Butter
1/2 cup Chelsea Dark Cane Sugar, firmly packed
3/4 cup cream
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
4 bananas, sliced
1/3 cup toasted slivered almonds
1 1/2 cups prepared vanilla custard
1 : Place butter and Chelsea Dark Cane Sugar in a saucepan, stir over a medium heat for 1 - 2 minutes until sugar dissolves.
2 : Remove pan from heat and stir in cream, yoghurt, bananas and half the almonds. Set aside to cool.
3 : Alternately layer banana mixture and custard into 4 tall serving glasses. Top with remaining almonds.
