Ingredients

    Ready made pastry
    Chelsea Icing Sugar
    1 tin of caramel condensed milk
    340ml of cream

Method

    Preheat your oven to 160°C. Cut your pastry into 4 x 4 cm squares. Arrange them onto a baking sheet and bake for approx 20 minutes, until golden brown and the pastry has risen well.

    While it is cooling, beat half of your cream, until stiff. Add 1/4 of the caramel and beat for approx 20 seconds.

    You can add more caramel for a sweeter taste. Cut the squares open and fill each square with a teaspoon of the caramel and cream mixture. Arrange in a dish and dust with Chelsea Icing Sugar.
