2 cups Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
300 ml cream
50 g butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan. Stir over a low heat until the sugar has dissolved and butter melted. Store any unused sauce in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
Makes 3 cups.
