such an easy recipe
very moist and yummy
The recipe is just perfect

Beautiful steamed pud. The amount of batter didn’t look like very much but was surprised at how much it had risen. Used an old fashioned steamed pudding bowl.

Did not have yoghurt so used sour cream instead (same amount as yoghurt). Very yum and turned out great.

Haven't made it yet but mum used to make it for xmas 48 years since i had steam pudding at 5, and now I'm cooking it good one cant wait don't forget the cream.

Have made the steam pudding on so many occasions for my friends and Whanau cooking it in a tin, covering as instructed and cooking in a pot of boiling water, using a plate and rock to keep it submerged, and it always, always goes down a treat!!

Bewtiful! made it several times, cannot be faulted!!
