Ingredients

    1 cup Chelsea White Sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 Tbsp vinegar
    1/4 cup cocoa powder
    100g butter
    1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
    1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
    1/2 cup boiling black coffee

Method

    Put all ingredients into cake mixer. Beat for a couple of minutes until completely mixed then bake at 180°C or 350° F for 30 - 40 minutes.
