Ingredients

    1 Cup plain flour
    2-3 Tbsp butter or ½ avocado
    1 Cup Chelsea White Sugar
    ¼ Cup cocoa powder
    2 tsp baking powder
    ¾ Cup boiling hot water
    1 egg
    ½ Cup chocolate chips

Method

    Preheat oven to 180°C
    Place 12 standard or 24 mini paper cases into a patty pan tray.
    Rub butter or avocado into flour to resemble fine bread crumbs.
    Mix in the rest of the dry ingredients.
    Add the hot water and stir to mix till all wet, and then add the egg and mix to combine.
    Half to ¾ fill patty cases
    Bake at 180°C till done.
    Allow to cool before decorating to your choice.

Wow I'm only a kid and i have a passion for baking and this was such an easy recipe and the cupcakes are usely gone by the time there about to go on the cooling rack your recipes are my favourite you the first company I go to whne i want to bake easy and delisious goods I also used you royal icing recipe and vanilla cupcake recipe both also sooooo good.
