ONE CUP CHELSEA White SUGAR
ONE TABLESPOON BUTTER (OPTIONAL)
ONE TABLESPOON SIFTED COCOA,
ONE QUARTER CUP MILK(ANY)
1 SIFT SUGAR AND COCOA INTO A BOWL
2 POUR THE MILK IN A SAUCEPAN
3 STIR IN THE DRY INGREDIENTS
4 STIR TILL SUGAR DISSOLVES
5 ALLOW TO COME TO BOIL (ABOUT 4-10 MINUTES)
6 WHEN AT BOILING POINT (100 DEGREES) ALLOW TO BOIL FOR STRAIT 4 MINUTES
7 LEAVE TO COOL AND WITH A WOODEN SPOON BEAT AS FAST AS YOU CAN GO UNTIL THE FUDGE LOOSES ITS GLOSS AND POUR INTO A BOWL IMMEDIATELY.
YOU CAN BREAK THE FUDGE INTO AS MANY PARTS AS YOU LIKE
BUT BEWARE!!!! DON'T PUT TOO MUCH LIQUID IN AS THIS MAY CAUSE IT TO NOT SET,
I don't do dairy. I do LOVE fudge. Made this one with soy milk and no butter and added dried Tart Sour Cherries just after the rapid boiling bit. YUMMO for when you're trying to be good but it's Saturday night and you're stuck by yourself, no junk food available and a ton of movies to watch!
