Ingredients

    200g cocoa
    400g butter - melted
    800g Chelsea Caster Sugar
    8 eggs
    2Tbsp vanilla essence
    180g plain flour
    2tsp baking powder
    180g walnuts - chopped
    500g chocolate buttons
    Chelsea Icing Sugar, to dust

Method

    Pre heat oven to 180⁰c
    Sift cocoa into a bowl and add butter, Chelsea Caster Sugar, eggs, vanilla and beat until thick.
    Sift in flour, baking powder and combine on a slow speed.
    Fold in nuts and chocolate buttons.
    Pour into a lined baking pan and bake until just cooked - about 45 minutes - it should feel sticky to touch.
    Serve with a dusting of Chelsea Icing Sugar or with ice cream as a dessert. Enjoy!
