Ingredients

    100g butter, softened
    ½C cottage cheese
    1C Chelsea Caster Sugar
    1½C flour
    ½ tsp baking powder
    ¼C cocoa

Method

    Preheat oven to 180C. Grease baking trays.
    Place butter, cottage cheese and Chelsea Caster Sugar into food processor, blend until smooth and creamy.
    Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa. Add to creamed mixture, blend on low speed to form soft dough.
    Roll heaped teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls. Place on baking tray. Flatten with palm of your hand or with the back of a fork.
    Bake for 15-20 minutes.
