Ingredients

    125 g softened butter
    1 cup of Chelsea White Sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 cups of flour
    1 teaspoon of baking powder
    Pinch of salt
    2 tablespoon cocoa
    1 cup of peanuts, roasted and husked

Method

    Preheat oven to 180. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. add egg and beat well. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa together. Mix into creamed mixture. Add cold peanuts and mix well, roll tablespoon fulls of mixture into balls. Place on greased trays, flatten, with a fork bake at 180 *C for 15 minutes or untl cooked.  Makes 20 biscuits
