1 cup of Plain Flour
1/2 cup of Coconut
1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/2 cup of Chelsea White Sugar
1 tablespoon of Cocoa
125g of Butter
Chelsea Rich Chocolate Icing Sugar
In a bowl mix dry ingredients together and make a well in the centre. Melt butter. Stir melted butter into the dry ingredients. Press mixture into a greased slice tin and flatten with the back of a fork.
Cook at 180 degrees celcius for 30 minutes.
Ice with Chelsea Rich Chocolate Icing while warm and sprinkle with coconut.
