Ingredients

    1 ¼  cup coconut
    3 1/3 cup  standard flour
    1 1/3 cup Chelsea White Sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    3 Tbsp cocoa
    1 tsp vanilla essence
    750g butter melted

Method

    Preheat your oven to 180°C.  Mix dry ingredients together, add melted butter and vanilla. 

    Press into a slice tin and bake for 20-30 minutes.

    Ice while warm.

Ridiculous 750g of butter. Obviously followed the recipe not thinking anything of the amount as everyhing seem to be double

750g of butter! Is this for real? Other recipes use 150g for 1 cup of flour.
