Curried Lamb with Tamarillos

50g butter
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp gound corriander
1 onion chopped
400gms lamb diced
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp cornflour
1 Tbsp water
3 tamarillos peeled and sliced
1/2 cup cream
1-2 tsp Chelsea Dark Cane Sugar
Put butter, turmec, corriander, onion and lamb in bowl and microwave on high for 4 minutes, stir at 2 minutes intervals. Mix seasonings, cornflour, water, tamarillos, cream and Chelsea Dark Cane Sugar stir well into meat mixture, microwave on 50% power for 6 minutes or until lamb is cooked, stir at 3 minutes. Serve with rice.
