Ingredients

    1 3/4 cup flour
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    100 g butter
    1/4 c Chelsea Caster Sugar
    1/3 c milk

Method

    Preheat oven 180 degrees Celsius. Grease or line with baking paper a baking tray.
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder then mix in rolled oats. Rub in butter, stir in Chelsea Caster Sugar, add enough milk until mixture turns into a fairly stiff dough. Roll out and cut into rounds. Prick with fork.
    Place on prepared baking tray, bake for 15 minutes.
