250g strawberries
250g raspberries
125g blueberries
2 cups Chelsea White Sugar
3 cups water
1 litre lemonade
Place all berries into blender. Place aside.
Put Chelsea White Sugar and water in saucepan and bring to boil. 5 minutes then cool.
Combine fruit and sugar mixture, mix well. Freeze.
2 hours before serving take out and thaw. Scrap with spoon to slush up.
Just before serving add soft drink and serve immediately.
