Ingredients

    1 tablespoon Chelsea White Sugar
    3/4 cup orange juice
    3 teaspoons lemon juice
    2 cinnamon sticks
    Seasonal fruit: strawberries, blueberries, peaches, plums, raspberries or apricots
    Yoghurt for serving

Method

    Combine Chelsea White Sugar, orange juice, lemon juice and cinnamon in a small saucepan and stir over a medium heat until sugar has dissolved. Simmer for 3 minutes, then cool syrup to allow cinnamon to infuse.

    Drizzle over your favourite seasonal fruits.

    Enjoy served with yoghurt.
