150g of butter
100g of Chelsea Caster Sugar
2 Tablespoons of cocoa
2 small eggs
1 packet vanilla wine biscuits (bought ones)
50g of walnuts
70g of sultanas
Melt the butter then leave to cool. When the butter is cool add the Chelsea Caster Sugar and cocoa, then 2 eggs, mix well.
Break the vanilla wine biscuits into small pieces, chop the walnuts, put in a big bowl along with the sultanas. Add the chocolate mixture and mix until combined.
Spread the mixture into a rectangular container, then refrigerate. Top with melted chocolate if desired.
Cut into squares once set.
