Fudgy Chocolate Brownie

100g butter
50g cooking chocolate
1 cup Chelsea White Sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup plain flour
1/4 tsp salt
Melt together butter and cooking chocolate and take the saucepan off the heat.
Stir in Chelsea White Sugar, eggs and vanilla, and beat the mixture well.
Stir in plain flour and salt.
Bake the brownies in a buttered and floured 20 cm square pan at 185-190°C for 30 minutes or until cooked.
Cool, and cut into bite sized squares.
Such a great recipe!!! I swirled Nutella through the batter (so delicious) I mean it this is a cracking brownie. You've got to make it! 150/100
Unfortunately this is the worst brownie recipe I have ever made :( maybe I'm just cursed or its my oven that rejects this recipe but it did not work out for me. Wasted my last two eggs on this.
Turned out runny and burnt lowered the temperature still turned out like a lava cake, uncooked... not nice
I love this recipe!!!! Simple, easy to follow and very little preparation involved. A definite winner at shared lunches. I highly recommend this recipe.
I usually add a block of black forest chocolate or caramello.
