Ingredients

    100g butter
    1/2 cup Chelsea Honey Maple Flavoured Syrup or Chelsea Maple Flavoured Syrup
    2 cups rolled oats
    1/2 cup coconut
    1 tsp ground ginger
    4 large Granny Smith apples

Method

    Preheat oven to 180°C and grease an oven proof dish.

    Melt butter with syrup in a large saucepan, add remaining dry ingredients and mix well.

    Peel, core and thickly slice apples. Layer apple slices in dish, spread mixture over the top and rough the surface with a fork.

    Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until golden and crunchy on top.

    Serve with natural yoghurt and a swirl of Chelsea Honey Maple Flavoured Syrup or Chelsea Maple Flavoured Syrup.
