MICROWAVE RECIPE:
1kg Greengage Plums, stones removed
Juice of 1 Orange
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cardamom
1kg Chelsea White Sugar
1 : Chop plums roughly and place in deep bowl, suitable for use in a microwave. Add orange and lemon juice. Cover with plastic wrap and cook on high setting for about 20 mins.
2 : When soft remove plastic and stir in cardamom. Add Chelsea White Sugar, stirring until dissolved.
3 : Cook on high, uncovered for about 20 mins or until setting point is reached.
4 : Ladle jam into warm, sterilised jars and seal.
