Ingredients

    250g butter (at room temperature)
    2/3 cups Chelsea Caster Sugar
    2/3 cups Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
    1 tsp vanilla essence
    2 eggs
    2 cups flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 cup chocolate chips
    1/2 cup almonds
    1/2 cup apricots
    1/2 cranberries

Method

    Preheat oven to 180ºC and grease a baking tray.
    Beat butter and sugars in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time. Fold flour, salt and baking soda into butter mix "DON`T OVER MIX".
    Add chocolate chips, almonds, apricots and cranberries into the mixture. KEEP CALM the mix is supposed to be a little runny. With a tablespoon, spoon the mix onto the baking tray. Don't make them too close to each other for they can some times spread! ALSO DON'T OVER COOK! Serve with milk or a hot drink, perfect for when a friend comes round for visit. A family favorite. ENJOY!
