3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 egg
pinch salt
2 tblsp Chelsea White Sugar
1/2 cup plain flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
25 g butter, melted
Chelsea Maple Flavoured Syrup for drizzling
Put all ingredients (minus melted butter) in a bowl and mix with an electric beater. Beat until combined.
Add the butter and beat again.
Heat pan and cook hotcakes on one side until bubbles form then flip over and cook on other side.
Serve with Chelsea Maple Flavoured Syrup.
