    1/2 cup lime or lemon juice
    1/3 cup light soy sauce
    2 tsp sesame oil
    2 tsp Chelsea White Sugar
    1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 shallot, finely chopped
    1 red chilli, finely chopped (optional) 

Method

    Combine all ingredients.  Serve.
