Ingredients

    1 pack Arnotts white chocolate fudge cookies
    1 super king size bar Cadbury white chocolate, dream bar
    200 ml cream, whipped
    1 king size bar dark chocolate
    100g butter
    1 egg

Method

    Melt 50g butter, crush biscuits (cookies) and mix together. Line base of a cake tin with this mixture.

    Melt white chocolate and 25g butter then add egg and mix together.
    Whip cream separately and fold in to white chocolate mixture. Whip untill stiff, then pour over biscuit base. Refridgerate until set.

    Melt dark chocolate with remaining 25g butter, spread on top and refridgerate overnight.
