500g mince
1 large onion
3Dsp rice
4C water
1-2tsp Curry powder
1 packet chicken noodle soup
1/3 cabbage, shredded
Handful of other vegetables (fresh or frozen)
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown mince and onion together for approx. 10 mins. Add water and other ingredients and cook in pan for half an hour stirring occasionally. Season to taste.
