Ingredients

    1 Cup Flour
    2 1/2 cups of Chelsea Golden Syrup
    2 1/2 cups of Chelsea White Sugar
    1 1/2 cup of water
    1/2 cup Chelsea Icing Sugar
    1 cup of yeast

Method

    Sift flour, add golden syrup and sugar until sticky and golden then add the rest of the ingredients and mix, leave for 5 mins to rise.
    Bring oil to boiling in a deep fryer and cook until brown.
