Kiwifruit and Passionfruit Sauce

1 1/2 tablespoons Chelsea Caster Sugar
3 Tablespoons Orange Juice
2 Kiwi Fruit, peeled and finely diced
Pulp of 4 passionfruit
1 : In a heavy based saucepan heat Chelsea Caster Sugar and Orange Juice until sugar dissolves. Simmer until syrup is slightly reduced. Remove from heat.
2 : Puree and sieve the kiwi fruit and passionfruit. Stir into the syrup.
Serve over ice cream.
