100g butter
2 eggs
1 cup Chelsea White Sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup cocoa
chopped nuts
Chelsea Icing Sugar
In a medium sized bowl, melt the butter on high, for one minute. Stir in the egg, Chelsea Sugar, and vanilla. Beat the mixture well. Stir in the flour, baking powder and cocoa. Use a sieve. Add some chopped nuts if you desire. Spread the mixture in a 20cm baking dish.
Microwave on high for 5 to 7 minutes.
