Microwave Six Minute Brownie

100g butter
1 cup Chelsea White Sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup flour
1 Tbsp of cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup of mixed chocolate, nuts and coconut
Melt butter in microwave for a minute on high.
Cream with Chelsea White Sugar, then add eggs, mix well.
Add rest of dry ingredients and lastly, add chocolate chips.
Pour into a microwave proof dish and cook in microwave on high for about 6 minutes*.
Cool for 2 minutes and then cut.
*depends on mircowave
Comes out perfectly every time. i've added white chocolate and chopped walnuts and everyone loves it!
