1 cup toasted museli
2 cups rice bubbles
1 cup honey crunch cornflakes
100g butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 Tablespoons Chelsea White Sugar
sprinkling of coconut, chopped dried fruit, choc bits if desired or mixed nuts
Grease a smallish, rectangular dish.
Melt butter, Chelsea White Sugar, honey and peanut butter until at boiling stage.
While the mixture is boiling, in a bowl, mix together all the remaining ingredients.
Stir the boiled liquid mixture into the muesli mixture thoroughly.
Spread into greased dish and set in fridge.
