Mum's Coconut Loaf

1½ Cups flour
1 Cup coconut
1 Cup Chelsea White Sugar
1 Cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 160°C.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
Pour into a greased Loaf tin/pan.
Bake in oven for about 1 hour or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
Mouth-watering and flavoursome due to frozen shredded coconut I used. Very easy to make with not many ingredients.
