Ingredients

    ⅔ Cup rolled oats
    ⅔ Cup Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar 
    ¼ Cup choc chips
    ⅔ Cup flour
    1 heaped Tbsp Chelsea Golden Syrup
    75g butter
    1 Tbsp milk

Method

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 2 baking trays.
    Combine rolled oats, Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar, choc chips and flour.
    In a separate smaller bowl melt Chelsea Golden Syrup and butter with milk.
    Combine wet with dry.
    Roll heaped teaspoons into a ball and put on tray. Squash with a fork or spoon.
    Bake 10-15 minutes.
