Ingredients

    1 Cup flour
    ¾ Cup Chelsea Organic Raw Sugar
    1¼ Cup rolled oats
    ¾ Cup chocolate chunks
    ¼ Cup shredded coconut
    ¼ Cup Chelsea Golden Syrup
    120g melted butter
    1 tsp baking soda

Method

    Preheat oven to 190°C or 170°C fan bake. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl, mix till combined. Place 1 tablespoon of mixture into little cupcake moulds.  Bake for 12 minutes.

    Tip: Instead of chocolate chunks you can use smarties or M&Ms.

They're not muffins. I was so disappointed as I spooned the mixture into my muffin tray! These are very sweet anzac biscuits.
