Peach and Walnut Muffins

1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 can of peaches (approx. 400-415g), chopped
65gms walnuts, chopped
Pre heat oven to 200C.
Beat egg, oil, Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar and milk together.
Sift flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
Add peaches and walnuts, mix lightly.
Bake at 200C for approx 15 minutes.
