Ingredients

    3 ripe pears, peeled, cored, sliced
    1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1 tbsp Chelsea LoGiCane™ Low GI Sugar
    1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

    Crumble
    ½ cup rolled oats
    1 tbsp Chelsea LoGiCane™ Low GI Sugar
    1 tbsp wholemeal plain flour
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    10g 40% reduced-fat sunflower spread, melted
    1 tbsp 100% apple juice

Method

    1. Preheat oven to 180 C (fan-forced). Put the pears, lemon juice and Chelsea LoGiCane™ Low GI Sugar in a bowl. Toss to combine. Put the pears and raspberries in a shallow ovenproof dish.
    2. Crumble: Put the oats, Chelsea LoGiCane™ Low GI Sugar, flour, cinnamon, spread and apple juice in a small bowl. Mix until well combined and starts to come together.
    3. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit. Bake for 25-30 mins or until the crumble topping is golden and crunchy. Serve.
