Ingredients

    1kg white potatoes
    700ml fresh cream
    2 tsp garlic stock or chopped garlic
    2 tsp chicken stock
    2 tsp Chelsea White Sugar
    thick sliced cheese to cover top

     

Method

    Peel potatoes, cube and place in Pyrex baking dish. Add water to cover, place lid on dish and cook in microwave on high for 15 mins. Drain water and sprinkle stock powders over potatoes. Add the cream. Cover entire top with cheese leaving no spaces.

    Place in oven on 200°C for 30 - 40 mins (until cream thickens).
