Ingredients

    100g butter
    100g Chelsea White Sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp honey
    3-4 cups rice bubbles

Method

    Add butter, sugar and honey into a pot and bring to boil over a low heat. When it starts to boil take off heat and add rice bubbles.
    Mix together then put in a baking tray to cool.
    When cool cut in to small squares.
    To make this recipe gluten free use gluten free rice bubbles.

I make this often using the recipe from my old school cookbook from the 60's. That recipe uses brown sugar plus 1 tab of honey and 1 tab of golden syrup. Its yum.

This was in the gluten free recipes, to make it gluten free you would need to use gluten free rice bubbles. Regular brands contain barley so aren't gluten free.
